MegaBonanzaPlay exists to put numbers on a piece of advice everyone repeats and nobody explains. “Make bigger clears” is true, useless on its own, and says nothing about how big or about what you give up while waiting for one. Working that out properly turned into a site.

Brandon Stewart writes it, in Calgary, alone. No team, no testers, no plan to become a network of sites.

What happens after you send a message

1. It lands in a mailbox that one person reads. Not a ticket queue, not a shared inbox, not a form handler.
2. It is read within a couple of business days, or the next working day after a weekend or an Alberta statutory holiday.
3. It gets an answer written by the person who wrote the pages.
4. The thread is kept for up to two years so a follow-up still has context, then deleted — or sooner, if you ask.

If a week passes with nothing at all, the message almost certainly did not arrive. Send it again rather than assume it was ignored.

Worth writing about

• A threshold or scoring behaviour that no longer matches the table on the front page.
• A correction of any size — a stale figure, a term used loosely, a link that has died.
• An order for the Cluster Size Table, or a question about one already placed.
• A privacy request under PIPEDA or Alberta PIPA: access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion.
• A copyright or trade mark concern, handled as described in the Third-Party Disclaimer.

Outside the reach of this address

Store accounts, payments, refunds and technical faults inside a game are handled by the store and the developer. Their own support channels are the only ones that can act on them, and this site has no way to pass anything along — so going there first genuinely saves time.
