Privacy Policy
Issued September 2, 2026
MegaBonanzaPlay is a static site with one PDF sold by email. No login, no form, no analytics. What follows is the complete account of what that involves, in seven parts.
01 · The individual accountable
Brandon Stewart, 525 8 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1G1, Canada, [email protected]. An individual, not a company. He wrote the pages, holds the hosting account and answers the mail, and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act requires that person to be named, which is what this paragraph does. The federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act applies alongside it, together with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
02 · The complete inventory
Four items exist. There is no fifth, and nothing has been folded into a category to keep the list short.
- A log line per request — source IP address, browser user-agent string, path, timestamp, response code. Written automatically by the web server before any person is involved.
- The content of any email you send — whatever you put in it, which is usually a name, a return address and a question.
- A bank reference, if you order the Cluster Size Table — the identifier your bank attaches to an Interac e-Transfer, used to match a payment to an order.
- One consent cookie — the answer you gave the banner, held in your own browser for six months.
No card number, expiry date or security code is ever seen by this site or by Brandon Stewart. An e-Transfer moves between your bank and his, and this domain has no payment page for card details to be typed into.
03 · What is deliberately not collected
No analytics identifier, because there is no analytics platform. No tag manager. No advertising or remarketing tag, no conversion pixel. No session recorder, no heatmap, no visitor counter. No embedded third-party content and no externally hosted font. No profile, no segment, no inferred interest.
There is also no form anywhere on this domain — no contact field, no sign-up, no comment box, no upload, no survey. Reading a page here transmits nothing about you beyond the request that fetched it. Every file the browser loads comes from megabonanzaplay.com, which means no outside company is ever placed where it could observe a visit.
04 · What each item is for
Log lines keep the site available and secure: they are read when a page fails or automated traffic gets heavy, and are never combined with anything else or used to identify a reader. Email is read and answered. An order is performed — transfer details out, confirmation in, file delivered. And a lawful demand from a Canadian authority would be complied with, should one ever be made.
That is the closed list. Nothing is sold, rented, traded or disclosed to advertisers or data brokers. Under CASL no commercial electronic message is sent from this address at all: there is no mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from, and a reply to your own email is not marketing.
05 · Where it sits and how long it lasts
Pages are served over HTTPS and access to the hosting account belongs to one person with a unique credential. The hosting and email providers are the only third parties involved, and either may operate infrastructure outside Alberta and outside Canada; where that is so, the provider is contractually bound to protections comparable to those required here, and what travels is log lines and correspondence.
Logs are rotated out by the host within weeks. Correspondence is kept up to twenty-four months so a returning question still has context, then deleted. Order threads are held a little more deliberately, so a buyer who loses the file later can ask again and be recognised. Earlier deletion happens on request, without argument.
06 · What you can require
Under PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA you may ask what personal information is held about you and receive a copy of it, ask for a correction where something is wrong, withdraw a consent you previously gave, and have your correspondence deleted. Write to [email protected] saying which. A first reply usually arrives within a couple of business days and the request itself is completed inside thirty days.
If the outcome does not satisfy you, complaints go to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Neither asks whether you raised it here first.
07 · Links away, cookies, and changes
Pages here link to store listings for the applications they discuss. Those platforms belong to other organisations operating under their own privacy policies, and this document stops applying the moment you follow a link off megabonanzaplay.com. The single cookie is described in full in the Cookie Policy, along with a one-click way to change your answer.
If the site changes in a way that affects anything above, this page is rewritten and its date moves with it.
