01 · Independence

MegaBonanzaPlay is the work of Brandon Stewart in Calgary and is independent of everyone described on it. It is not owned, sponsored, authorised, certified or endorsed by Google LLC, by Google Play, or by any publisher named in the text. Nobody has paid for coverage, no page has been shown to a developer before publication, there is no affiliate arrangement and no link on the site earns a commission.

02 · Trade marks and titles

Google, Google Play and Android are trade marks of Google LLC. Game titles, studio names, logos and characters are the property of their respective owners. Each appears here for one reason only, to identify the software being described — descriptive use that creates no licence and implies no sponsorship, endorsement or commercial relationship. This site neither owns nor operates the Google Play Store.

03 · The standing of the numbers

Any threshold, score behaviour or obstacle rule described on this site is an editorial observation offered as a practical indication, not an official specification. The pages are built from publicly available information and from playing boards of this format; no developer issued any figure in them. The application’s own store listing and its in-game help carry the official version and take precedence over anything written here.

Games change without notice. The review date in the footer of each page is the limit of what is being claimed, and past it the only sensible course is to check for yourself.

04 · Nothing is distributed or transacted here

No application file is hosted, mirrored, repackaged or modified by this site, and no page links to one. Software published on Google Play is obtained from Google Play under Google’s terms and the developer’s.

Everything transactional happens somewhere else. Whatever you paid, whatever you want refunded, whatever tax or platform fee was added, whatever account you cannot get back into — all of it lives inside systems belonging to Google and to the studio. This site cannot see those systems, cannot query them and cannot ask anyone inside them for a favour.

05 · Images and the PDF

Four images on the front page came from elsewhere: three screenshots and the app icon, all captured from that application’s Google Play listing on September 2, 2026 and all shown smaller than the originals. They are there so a reader can see the boards this text keeps describing, and so there is no doubt which software is meant. Section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act permits that as fair dealing for review and news reporting. Gamepromo Entertainment holds the copyright and continues to; showing them here changes nothing about who owns them. Every other visual element on the site was made for MegaBonanzaPlay.

The Cluster Size Table sold from this site is entirely Brandon Stewart’s work: no artwork, screenshot, board layout or text belonging to any developer appears in it, it is endorsed by nobody, and buying it conveys no right in any game.

06 · Claims, and your own decisions

If you hold rights in material you believe appears here without authorisation, write to [email protected] with the page address, an identification of the protected work and enough detail to confirm the claim; the material comes down while the claim is examined rather than after. The decision to install something, pay for it or spend an evening on it is yours alone, and the responsibility travels with it. Nothing on these pages carries a guarantee about how any application will behave on your handset, about what it will charge you, or about what you will think of it afterwards.
