Terms of Use

Issued September 2, 2026

These conditions apply to anyone using megabonanzaplay.com. Reading requires no account, no signature and no payment, so disagreement costs nothing but the tab.

01 · What the site is

Written analysis of tap-to-clear candy boards on Android: what each cluster size produces, how obstacles interrupt a group, and when waiting a turn is the cheaper option. It is editorial description offered as general interest reading rather than advice, and it is not documentation for any product.

No software is distributed from here. There is no download, no installer, no APK, no repackaged build and no mirror of anyone’s files. Applications named in the text come from the stores their publishers use.

02 · What you may do with the text

Read it, print it for yourself, bookmark it, link to it, and quote a short passage with attribution and a link. None of that needs permission and none of it ever will.

Republishing a page in full, translating it and posting the translation, or building the material into a product of your own need written permission first, which is usually given when asked. The writing, page structure and tables are the work of Brandon Stewart and carry copyright. Game titles, studio names and platform names appear descriptively and remain their owners’ property.

03 · What you may not do

Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers. Probe or attempt access to the hosting account. Republish the material under another name. That is the whole list of prohibited conduct.

04 · Accuracy and its expiry date

Pages here show a review date. Thresholds, scoring and obstacle behaviour are all things a developer can change in an update, so a description that was right when written may not be right when read. Anything you intend to act upon should be checked against the app’s current store listing and its in-game help.

The site is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of completeness, currency, uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

05 · Outbound links

A link leaving this domain leads to material controlled by somebody else, along with its accuracy, availability, terms and data practices. Including one is not an endorsement, not a recommendation to spend money and not a warranty about what you will find. These conditions and the Privacy Policy stop applying the moment you follow it.

06 · The Cluster Size Table

A single item on this site is paid for: a twelve-page PDF at CAD 7, bought once. Brandon Stewart sells it as a private individual and not as a business. This domain has no shop, no checkout, no payment page and collects no card details anywhere on it.

The sequence is: you send a message, an answer comes back with Interac e-Transfer details, the transfer clears, the PDF is attached to a reply. Two business days is the normal span from payment to file. There is no subscription, no stored payment method and no account, and because the seller is a private individual rather than a registered business, no tax is charged and no business invoice is produced.

What you may do with it: print it, put it on your own devices, annotate it. What you may not: sell it on, post it publicly, or distribute it. It carries no copy protection, which is a decision made on the assumption that readers will keep to the second list without being forced to.

A digital file counts as delivered once the reply leaves the outbox. Two failures are covered without question and without any time limit: it did not turn up, or it turned up and would not open. In either case say so and pick a fresh copy or your money back. What is not covered is a file that arrived, opened and simply was not what you hoped for — the usual rule for digital goods, and one that leaves untouched any Alberta consumer entitlement which cannot be signed away.

The table is written and drawn entirely by Brandon Stewart. It contains no material belonging to any developer, is endorsed by nobody, and buying it conveys no right in any game it discusses.

07 · Liability

Reading a page here and acting on it is something you do at your own risk. As far as Canadian law allows this to be said, Brandon Stewart carries no liability for what follows — not for lost time, lost data or lost progress, not for anything spent on software found through a store, and not for indirect or knock-on losses of any kind. Liability that the law refuses to let anyone exclude stays where the law puts it, and no consumer entitlement that cannot be signed away is affected by this paragraph.

08 · Contact, amendment and applicable law

Corrections, complaints, order questions and formal notices go to [email protected]. Quoting the page and the sentence usually settles a matter in one exchange.

These conditions may be revised; the version on this page with the date above is the one in force, and continued use after a revision accepts it. The laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern them, with the courts of Alberta having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available where you live.
